About me

I am a PhD student under supervision of Prof. Gerhard Neumann in the Autonomous Learning Robots (ALR) Group at the Institute of Anthropomatics and Robotics (IAR) at KIT.

After finishing my BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering at TU Darmstadt, I started my PhD at the University of Lincoln, UK, in 2017. During this time, I mainly worked on efficient observation representation methods for swarm systems. In 2019 I moved back to Germany to continue my PhD at the Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence (BCAI). Since the beginning of 2020 I've been a member of the ALR group and currently focus on stochastic search methods for robotics.

In general, I am interested in Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning and Robotics.
